About Us

Bjoern Koch started working in Mexico for Chilson & Associates International Real Estate in Cabo San Lucas as VP of International Operation in 1996. In 2001 Bjoern completed received his US Real Estate License and worked between the offcices in Park City- Utah and Cabo San Lucas Mexico for Chilson & Associates International Real Estate. In 2002 Bjoern completed his ABR Designation and in 2003 received the Professional Achievement Award from the Park City Board of Realtors for outstanding performance in Real Estate sales and contributions to the board of Realtors. In 2004 Bjoern completed his CIPS Designation (Certified International Property Specialis) From 2005 to 2009 Bjoern worked for the KOR Hotel Group as General Manager in Sales and Marketing for the Mexico Properties in Playa Del Carmen.

Bjoern is very familiar with the cultures and customs in the Americas, Europe and Mexico, Bjoern speaks English, German and Spanish. Bjoern has invested in Multiple Properties in Mexico since 1995. Bjoerns 13 Years of International Real Estate are ready to go to work with you.
