In reference to Bjoern Koch and the Terra-Sol property in Cabo San Lucas

My name is Gary Schaefer and my wife Jani,  We absolutely love Mexico and we vacation her as many times as we can.  I met Bjoern many years ago and instantly realized that he was a straight shooter.  I have worked together with him ever since then.  Our favorite spot is Terra Sol.  It is one of those lost gems that I hope never changes.  It is on the Pacific side of Cabo near the Pedragal, which is a very exclusive section of real Estate.  But Terra Sol to me is a much better place for me and Jani.  It is a remarkable property.  It has been around a while but it has everything that you ever would want.  What we like is the quiet from the hub-bub of Downtown.  You can leave for an easy walk in be right in the middle of the action of town then with in minutes back in the grounds of Terra Sol and you are taken back 20 years!  So calm and quiet, from people but not from the pounding surf, that you can relax at you own speed.  The pool is just right and familiar faces at the swim up bar are reassuring.  He is awesome.

The logistics are great.  If there is any issues with anything they are taken care of right now or as fast as they can.  They are very respectful and have given us no regrets at all.

We like the ability to bring in our own food and prepare simple dishes but also enjoy the neighboring hotels (Playa Grande & Finistara) for quick meals only a few yards away.  We have many times barely left the confides of the condo and just rested by the pool.  It is an amazing place if you like peace and quiet but if you  can walk a bit you can spice things up really quite well with so many choices. 

I would recommend Terra Sol to anyone that likes a little in dependency.  And with Bjoern experience he can work up a vacation that you will come back to time after time.  He is the real deal!
